Our Story
Founded in 2017 by Andrew Jones, an MECP certified installer and lifelong audio enthusiast, SoundRating was built on a foundation of deep technical knowledge and a love for the craft. Andrew’s experience includes years in the mobile electronics industry, working with iconic brands like Kenwood and Alpine. His journey with audio began at just 12 years old, and that same drive still fuels everything we do today.
As SoundRating grew, Andrew teamed up with fellow audiophiles Tom (MECP certified) and Jake (AVIXA CTS-certified AV professional), and both equally obsessed with sound. Their expertise in audio has helped SoundRating expand its reach and continue evolving as an independent voice in the audio community.
